Abstract: | The primary objective of this research is to study elements and development of employee anxiety and depression. Study relates themes of investigating justice, organizational context, and psychological distress. Cognitive appraisal theory is used to highlight the importance of procedural justice as a primary means to minimize psychological distress. |
