| Abstract: | This paper discusses the evidence-based approach in medical sciences through the effective use of systematic reviews. The authors compare and contrast the nature of reviews in medical science and management research and evaluate the extent to which the systematic review process can be applied to the management field. Finally this paper will present the challenges in designing an appropriate methodology for management research. |
