Abstract:This study aims at examining travellers' observations and levels of satisfaction with services provided by hotels in Qatar. Findings show that the frequent travellers' programme was the most important determinant of customers' satisfaction for both Asian and Arabian Gulf travellers while the supplementary services were the most important determinant of Western travellers.
