Abstract:The article aims to gain understanding of how customer satisfaction contributes to repurchase intentions in an e-commerce context. The authors test their hypotheses using a conceptual framework of CS-RPI. The findings of the study suggest that adjusted expectations, trust and positive attitude are important factors influencing the CS-RPI link. The reseach shows the importance of capturing determinants of post-purchase satisfaction, especially in the context of internet purchases where competition is intense.
