| Abstract: | The reform of modern enterprise system with public ownership as the main body places stress on getting at the root, which is different from the previous reforms like "decentralizing authority" and"reducing taxes and giving up benefits". The Metallurgical and Steel Group Corporation has reformed "factory system" into "corporation system". The concrete steps implemented are as follows: Organizing and establishing group corporation on the basis of the perfection of share holding companies;Seeking the ways of Chinese-foreign operation by utilizing international organizations' funds and introducing foreign investment; Enhancing its economic efficiency and striving to make its stocks go on market. |
