| Abstract: | To open and develop Yangtze River, we should make full use of Pudong New Area, Three Gorges project, Three Gorges open are and open cities along Yangtze River as well as special policies to multistage open areas. Besides, we should pursue the strategy of"relying on the south and uniting with the north, working in concert with Pudong New Area, driving by Three Gorges project, breaking through from cities, making the focal points stand out in development and opening in all directions".We'll open this area both to the outside world and at home. The concrete steps are:First, we'll invigorate Shanghai by developing Pudong New Area and then give impetus to the development of Wuhan's two lakes, Chong qing and Sichuan through the construction of Three Gorges project. |
