| Abstract: | During the "ninth-five-year" period, the relative scale of our fixed asset investment by utilization of foreign capital switches from decrease to stability. Fixed asset investment by means of indirect investment has increased. During the "ninth-five-year" period, it is necessary to adjust the scale of enterprises' fixed asset investment by foreign capital through market mechanism, standardize and strengthen government's macro-control over utilization of foreign capital, improve domestic enterprises, capability of utilizing foreign capital, strengthen the ability of transferring domestic deposits to investment, develop channels for enterprises to utilize indirect investment. |
