Abstract: | Current significance of the promotion of real estate securitization in China is as follows. (1)It is advantageous to the increase of financing channels and enlargement of financing scale for real estate firms. (2)It is beneficial to residents to get housing consumption loans, increase housing consumption and reduce the number of idle commercial apartments. (3)It is advantageous to enlivening the capital market and providing opportunities for its development. At present, the issuing markets of real estate securities are restrained to Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hainan. The development of real estate securitization is far from maturity. |
