| Abstract: | 1)Equal stress is laid on aggregate investment and investment effectiveness. 2)The system reform for investment and financing further speeds up. 3) Investment in infrastructure is still the mainstream. 4) The proportion of state economic investment goes up steadily. 5) Investment in other types of economy keeps a higher position and collective, urban and rural individual investment has got a limited recovery. 6) Self-raised fund still remains the main part, bond and fund in budget rise up higher extent. 7) The pattern of local investment rise remains the same. 8) The size of project investment could be expected to expand further. 9) Capital construction investment has been the first to grow. 10) Industrial investment still keeps in a low rise. |
