| Abstract: | A genuine attempt to solve real problems by changes of either organization, equipment or methods will usually be welcomed and given a more than fair trial. The point is that even or perhaps especially in the field of staff training new concepts must be introduced with care. Input from the users and their acceptance of both the aims and methods of the project are absolutely essential. This message cannot be repeated too often as it is perhaps the single most important contributor to success. |
