| Abstract: | This article presents an integrated approach to strategic change. The author argues for an alignment of strategies with the change processes, and the company cultures required to sustain the strategic change. He identifies the change processes specific to each change strategy, and emphasizes the importance of ensuring that appropriate change processes are in place. |
