| Abstract: | At present, China's trust industry has plunged into unprecedented difficulties since its reappearance. Against this background, the article reconsiders the origins of the trust industry and analyzes deeply its objective foundation. It is argued that the property system of clear property rights is the foundation and prerequisite, and the development of the commodity economy the basic dynamics for the development of trust, and tactics of its development put forward. |
