| Abstract: | The dried-out employment market for EDP (Electronic Data Processing) specialists has become a problem for both employers and those responsible for the recruitment of personnel. A further problem is the rating of job applicants who are to perform certain functions within the company. It is intended to assist those who are responsible for the personnel. Indicated are the fundamentals of Swiss EDP training and compared with those of the better known systems for general education and professional training. |
