| Abstract: | In this paper the outline of a political approach to understanding organizations has been developed. It is intended as a simple 'appropriate' theory mainly for use on post-experience management development programmes. The theory concerned with the personal strategic aspects of infra-organisational politics has been found useful for educational purposes. |
