| Abstract: | One of the important characteristics of economic development in modern China is the transition of nature economy, in which resources are allocated by customs and orders, to market economy in which resources are allocated based on the market. In the course of modernization of China, economic organizations and institutions are changed. The change of industrial and commercial policies are striking in this period. This paper discusses the contents and characters of industrial and commercial policies. |
