| Abstract: | This paper points out that our socialist construction has made great achievements since the founding of new China, especially since the reform and opening up to the outside world, sums up the fundamental experience of the socialist economic construction for 50 years and discusses socialist economic law. At the same time the paper proves the objective of a struggle for China striding forward towards the 21st century in three steps and the conditions, difficulties, problems for realization and the ways of resolving them. |
