| Abstract: | Expatriate compensation has been found to be a challenging issue to deal with and thus the level of satisfaction among expatriates has been found to be low. On the other hand, empirical research on expatriate compensation packages and their determinants has been scarce and provides fairly little help for compensation-related decision-making. |
