| Abstract: | The huge favorable balance of Taiwan's international balance of payment has produced harmful effect on Taiwan's economy. It is necessary to take measures to adjust the international balance of payment, for example, to adjust the economic structure by flexible use of exchange, rate to transfer the international market-oriented economic structure into the structure for laying equal stress on both international market and domestic market and expanding domestic market as well and to made direct investment abroad actively. |
