| Abstract: | The article holds that the increase margin of the actual income of China's rural residents is narrowed compared with that at the beginning of reform. The income gap between farmers in developed areas and less-developed ones is widening. So is the gap of individual income between rural and urban residents. If this situation keeps worsening, serious consequences will come about, and the whole course of socialist modernization drive will be hindered. |
