| Abstract: | During the system-transforming period, the traditional distribution system of "the centralized allocation of labor" has been broken and the pattern with multiple forms of distribution is taking shape. The income gap between different stratums, groups and regions has widened. As a result, there appear the "group of getting rich quick" and the "new poverty-stricken stratum" awaiting relief. It shows that the "theory of allowing some areas and some people to get rich first" lacks concrete policy guarantee measures and there are oversights and omissions in the reform of distribution system and policy on it. In view of the above, we should continuously stick to the socialist orientation in this reform, retain a dominant position for socialist public ownership and distribution according to work and realize their integration with market economy. |
