| Abstract: | Understanding Joint-stock partnership system, knowing its features and nature and studying its advantages and disadvantages as well as its trends are of great benefit to the reform of medium-and small-sized state-owned enterprises. Practising joint-stock partnership system is in line with the reform orientation of clear-cut property rights, separating the functions of the government and enterprises and scientific management, which are demanded by modern enterprise system. Besides, it would make the employed concern themselves more with the assets of enterprises and enhance their risk awareness and the managerial personnel's sense of responsibility. On the other hand, this system is not perfect. The modern enterprise system is established more depending on the "two fundamental shifts" and the synthesis of many factors. |
