| Abstract: | In the strom fortifications of China's state-owned enterprise reform, there's the problem of the foundamental criterion evaluating reform,i.e.,adhering to productive forces criterion or production relations. This paper expounds that productive forces is the foundamental criterion evaluating reform success or failure. Making productive forces as the foundamental criterion is the outcome profoundly summarizing up China's historic lessons. This paper also analyzes the reasons for some people deviating from productive forces criterion and holding production relations criterion as follows: They don't agree that developing productive forces is human society's cardinal aim, and that production relations is the social form for developing productive forces. |
