| Abstract: | Since the 1990s, great change in the stage of economic growth has taken place and the reform of state-owned enterprises has stepped into a critical period. In the new stage of economic growth, there appear a momentum of capital market development. The combination of capital market development with the reform of state-owned enterprises is the only way for state-owned enterprises to extricate themselves from a predicament and develop healthily. The ideas about it are 1. to introduce the property right subject of other economic elements in state-owned enterprises, 2. to take the practice of listed business operation in share-holding system transformation; 3. bring into play the function of investment banks and funds in the course of transformation of state-owned enterprises for making them listed ones. |
