| Abstract: | The reform of state-owned enterprises in China should not only reform the enterprise system itself, but also make corresponding adjustments in financial system. Studying the nature of the contradiction between banks and enterprises in China and its evolution process, we can find that the principal aspect of the contradiction lies in state-owned enterprises. The reform of state-owned enterprises not only needs a loose macro-economic and financial environment, but also involves many financial problems to be solved. Specifically, in order to support the reform of state-owned enterprises,the financial deepening should concentrate on the following aspects: energetically developing capital market and accelerating the innovation of financial instruments and financial technologies; fully developing financial institutions, especially investment banks;etc.. |
