| Abstract: | The loss of our state-owned assets is caused by illegal activities of operators, occupiers, investors, managers. It is also cause by many other factors such as the imperfection of our property system, enterprise system, investment the institution of fund supply for state-owned enterprises and profit distribution system, financial system and the management system of state-owned assets as well as the improperness of the operation of state-owned capital. Consequently, for one thing, illegal activities which cause the loss of state-owned assets should be investigated and punished. For another, reform regarding to property system, enterprise system, economic institution and the mechanism of capital operation should be carried out. |
