| Abstract: | The goal for China's economic structure reform is to establish the modern enterprise system. The typical form of the modern enterprise system is joint-stock company. The stock system transformation of state-owned enterprises should carry out strategical adjustment of the structure of state-owned assets and improve their quality, regarding capital as the linkage. It also points a wayout for the shares held currently the state-capitalized management of state-owned assets. State-owned assets capitalized include currency, stock, bond and other financial tools circulating on the market. |
