| Abstract: | This paper analyzes th status quo of transforming large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises by utilizing foreign investment and the major problems in this line in Liaoning province. This paper raises the overall goal of transforming 300 large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises by utilizing a total foreign investment of US $ 4 billion within three years. It also point out the key work in some aspects to be done well in the next step. |
