| Abstract: | The special function and practice of the stock market prove to be positive for the reforms of state-owned enterprises. To solve the problems such as stressing financing, overlooking transformation, operation violating regulations, and low management level of some listed companies, we should stick to the policy of "legality, supervision, self-discipline and standard" and observe the laws of market economy in order to strengthen supervision and improve the quality of the listed companies. |
