| Abstract: | Under current situation, the capital market can not shoulder the heavy responsibility of reforming state-owned enterprises, therefore, to strengthen the construction of capital market and to improve its function are the inevitable choice for the reform of state-owned enterprises. China's capital market is to be cultivated and improved in following ways: (1)understand capital market through a totally new view; (2)take capitalization as the core, make company system reform of state-owned enterprises strictly according to "Company Law"; (3)intensify the operation of capital market adopting the market principle; (4)strengthen the supervision and control over capital market;(5) appropriately open the capital market. |
