| Abstract: | The experience of Handan Iron and Steel Group has guided the reform of state-owned enterprises and made clear the key point in work and development orientation in a certain period. It has provided both an effective way for state-owned enterprises to become the subject of market competition through innovation of operation and management systems during the period of transition and the mode of enterprises' growth. We can get the following enlightenment from it. Enterprises moving towards market should be a course of comprehensive integration of enterprises' every level and all factors with market. Among reform and management, management should be stressed workers' participating in management should be incorporated in the concrete work. And enterprises'organizational structure diversified. |
