| Abstract: | China's long-term development strategy of national economy is faced with fundamental adjustment. It depends on large-scale capital recomposition to solve the problem of continuous growth, alleviate employment pressure, promote the strategic reshuffle of state-owned enterprises, accelerate the marketization progress, adjust the structure of social benefits and realize the revitalization of industries, etc. Since the development trends in the transformation of industrial structure and the reform of state-owned enterprises exert more and more influence on the pulling degree of social members' vested interests as well as anticipation of future, Capital recomposition is the basic train of thought to solve primary contradictions in the operating process in short term in China. |
