| Abstract: | The direction of the strategic reorganization of Shanghai's national economy should be fixed as the following 4 aspects: 1, optimizing the allocation structure of state-owned capital; 2, carrying out the shrinking of national economic front on our own initiative; 3, better the quality of state-owned capital; 4.strengthening the infiltration force of national economy. The key of the strategic reorganization of Shanghai's national economy should be put on he tice reform of holding corporations. The basic ideological line is: develop simultaneously the essential reform and enlarging operational border and combine the improvement of function positioning and the adjustment of industry arrangement, unify the control of total volume reduce and the reorganization of organization structure. |
