| Abstract: | In the grouping process of state-owned enterprises, as long as there exist differences in the benefit of microeconomic subjects and "the right to speak" owned by each related subjects in the grouping process, it is inevitable that grouping will not be standard. In order to standardize the grouping of state-owned enterprises, it is necessary to take the following steps: paying attention to the realization of internal motivation of the grouping of enterprises, creating fine external environment, standardizing government's functions and behaviors, sticking out the problem of "compensation". |
