| Abstract: | It must have many affects on the use of foreign capital to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises. Promoting roles are as follows: the demand for foreign investments increased, the scale is expanded, range is widened, means is diversified and environment is improved. The influences are the following aspects: foreign investments are facing with competition; lagging of capital market growth hinders the diversification of foreign capital; the increase of domestic competitive power influences the benefits of foreign capital. |
