| Abstract: | The issuing of state enterprises' bond is the liability transference of high grade helpful to the long-term allocation of resources, an alternative for them as well as those having important bearings on the regions and industries but in a difficult position. It is also of significance for the investor to develop high technology which has some risks, suggests a new way of thinking for deepening and developing the capital market and provides a lawful market for doing the investment business by the state-owned bank. |
