| Abstract: | Accompanied by the initial transition of state-owned enterprises, great changes have taken place in the state-owned enterprises' equity structure since 1979. In accordance with that, administrative structure of state-owned enterprises began to change from single administrative structure into multiple and comprehensive legal person-administering structure. This legal person-administering structure shows various patterns, such as corporation and group pattern. As a whole, it is just an initial framework, however, its performance has shown positive effects on enterprise's operational performance. In addition, various existing issues can not be ignored, which need perfecting by further reform. |
