| Abstract: | 1.Make full efforts to achieve the diversification of main bodies of market competition as well as corporation investments. 2.Take economic benefits as the major target, and do well in strategic reorganization. 3. Establishing and perfecting material benefit mechanism should be taken as the basis and the core by SOEs in the course of transforming their operation mechanism. 4.Formulate and standardize the administrative structure of corporation's legal person. 5.Advocate enterprises to implement overall technical and managerial revolution. 6. Government should have the courage to be the object of reform and the undertaker of reform's cost. |
