| Abstract: | We should define public corporations function with socialism market economy and make general strategic regulation. Public corporations should belong to public beneficial industry and natural monopolistic industry. In competitive industry, some public and private co-capital corporations in infrastructure and high-tech areas should be kept, and the others should be exit generally through some ways, such as change to stock share corporations, some funds may be particular funds except revenues, for public corporations' reform and re-organization and change. |
