| Abstract: | It's not to solve mechanic problems for public corporations to become share ownership ones. Only enterprise have solve funds problem in present stock markets in China. It can't be an essential influence on change enterprise' structure under the conditions of that state share control absolutely and non-circulation share are more than 70%. Public corporations should be excited from a common competitive industries with the state share's circulation. It should organize some strategic investor group in China. |
