| Abstract: | The labor pay is the key of labor market and plays a great role in labor market. It can reduce a blind pay in labor market and heighten market interchange rate; regulate supply-demand relations in labor market; promote the change of the government function and deepen pay systematic reform; heighten corporations competition powers and improve investment environment. To improve labor market should be paid attention to not only infrastructural improvement but also holding guidance payment, the key effecting interchange, in order to bring labor market into prosperous and healthy operation. |
