| Abstract: | Public corporations further reform must solve depth problems and pay more attentions to system innovation and set up modern enterprise system at first. Second, public corporations should adjust state economic distribution and improve economic ownership structure, and seek for making up enterprise leading system and organizational management system, not only suitable for market economic rule but also for our national conditions. Third, the new-around reform of public corporations coming into a new phase of ownership structural regulation and property right system reform. |
