| Abstract: | The first is the orientation of SOEs and state-owned economy. It must be clarified that SOEs are enterprises with special natures. Furthermore, the leading role of state-owned economy based on socialism market economy must be redefined. Secondly, carry out strategic adjustment and restructuring of state-owned economy. Implement large corporation and group strategy. Thirdly, standardize the reconstruction of corporation. Well deal with the relations between reconstruction of corporation and depression alleviation; remove the obstacles to SOEs transforming to corporations. Fourthly, create favorable atmosphere for the development of SOEs. |
