| Abstract: | A tentative plan for successful reform and development of the SOEs in Yibin city: 1.Make efforts to accelerate SOE institutional and mechanism innovations. 2.Lay emphasis on the pillar industries and then expand to the others, trying to create an "aircraft carrier" that can spur healthy industrial and economic development. 3.Concentrate efforts on SOE elimination of deficits and increase of profits. 4. Give prominence to marketing and strive to increase the production & marketing rate of products. 5.Try to standardize economic environment and further improve the external conditions of SOE reform and development. |
