| Abstract: | A complete company administration should consists of internal and external administration. The reform of China's SOEs should not only focus on the internal administration but on the external. Therefore, we should foster products and factors market, eliminate regional and trade separations, cultivate manager's market, separate the functions of the government from those of the enterprises, promote the ordered development of the capital market, establish a commercial bank system with proper scale and structure, implement multiple financial organs to provide diversified financing means for enterprises and push forward to the formation and development of M&I market and controlling-right market. |
