| Abstract: | The managerial innovations of the state-owned enterprises are a systemic project and of extremely rich contents. They includes those of ideas, managerial strategies, organizations, norms, technology and methods, and those of the enterprises culture. To promote them, it is needed to improve the moral concepts of enterprises and the market concepts. The managerial orientation should be determined, the factors influencing the innovations be analyzed, and the troops of the enterprises' employees and workers with the famous entrepreneurs as their core be formed and strengthened. |
