| Abstract: | As the reform is deepening, a rather large number of the state-owned enterprises for various reasons are in great debt and managerial difficulties, and suffer serious losses. From the perspectives of the relationship and the system of the property right and of the product structure, the managerial mechanism, the market concepts and the quality of the enterprises' leaders, the paper analyzes the causes of losses and proposes that the reform of the state-owned enterprises should be deepened, and the modern system of management be set up. |
