| Abstract: | China's state-owned enterprise's property-right reform has been pushed by much more political power but less market power. The government's leading power shows in many sectors, such as give more rights and benefits to low-lever, set up manager system and arranges yearly salary. So it is not difficult for us to see skin-deep and incomprehensive property-right reform of state-owned enterprise. It is necessary to rearrange state-owned enterprise's property-right reform again with market mechanism. |
