| Abstract: | Circulation of state-owned share of on-market companies is an important way of state-owned enterprise to deep-reform. Circulation ways include state-owned share re-buying and allocational sell. To simple use one of any circulation can not achieve state-owned capital "marches or back" and "do something and do nothing" of on-market companies. It needs to comprehensive consider and urgent solve both problems of system and market. |
