| Abstract: | State-owned circulation enterprise seizing tech-advanced is the objective demand of fierce international competition and e-business broad development, real controlling global leading technology and invisible asset, and changing economic growth way and promoting national economic development. The paper discusses the differences of state-owned circulation enterprise in tech-advanced, points out that synthetic commercial community and business industrial and agricultural unit is community strategy of state-owned circulation enterprise for adding tech-advanced investment. |
