| Abstract: | In view of strategic consideration, micro foundation must be reconstructed. At present, there are two issues to be further resolved. One is mechanism regarding withdraw of national economy, the other is management mechanism of state-owned enterprises. What should be done is to process timely adjustment and to solve the problems of vacuum of momentum. Furthermore, grasp the opportunities and strive for taking the initiative of development. |
